Rockport Terminals continued to operate at full capacity through the COVID downturn, moving break bulk pipe lengths and bulk DMA diesel for marine bunker fuel.
Core Projects Group Operational Safety and Compliance Team designed standard operating procedures and training for dockside, tank and supervision staff. Up to 12 transfers per month of bulk petroleum products and daily handling of break bulk products has continued for 1 year as of October 2020.
